A Pink Bourbon with double fermentation: the first phase lasts 36 hours to stabilize and regulate temperatures, followed by a second phase of 100 hours in closed tanks with water after depulping. This process transforms the coffee into a super creamy, highly floral, and balanced experience. It features notes of mandarin peel that have made it one of our favorites, not only because of Franco's story but also for its exquisite flavor.

Contact for DetailsAt 27 years old, he has dedicated his entire life to the world of coffee. From a young age, he went to work with his dad. While attending university, he applied for an entrepreneurship funding program, which approved a project related to a lot designated for coffee cultivation. Since then, his dream has been to work with different coffee varieties. At 19, he received support from the program, and that’s how his journey began, starting with a farm where they planted Bourbon Rosado. With the initial capital, they planted 19,000 coffee trees on the Oasis farm, filled with enthusiasm to market their production in the best possible way. Two years later, they began to harvest their first lots. He has always worked closely with their buyers, analyzing its evolution and improving infrastructure, while also connecting with clients and processes that contribute to his continuous development. The management of the farm has always been a family affair, alongside his father, who has been his main partner in this adventure. His biggest lesson has been that to move forward, one must go beyond: identifying defects, tasting the coffee, and linking these aspects with the farm processes, automating details such as fermentation time and harvesting. Over the years, Franco has managed to reproduce his coffee consistently. Two years ago, he got married, and before that, he worked with his family. Since his marriage, he has taken full management of the farm while his father manages another lot with his brother. Now, Franco is more focused on processes and protocols, and his wife, coming from a traditional coffee-growing family, has also joined this effort. His first goal was to reach the break-even point for the farm, a significant investment. In this initial stage, he focused on understanding the processes to delegate them effectively. Now that everything is more organized, his main objective is to continue improving the processing plant to develop coffee profiles of the highest quality.
