Quimera is the result of belief and a desire for things to work out. Guayacanes has highly fertile land, and all of the coffees produced there are incredibly sweet, despite being grown at an altitude below 1700 meters above sea level. This goes against the common belief that only high-altitude coffee or varietals have such high quality. Due to an unfavorable winter season at Caro's main farm, San Antonio. They decided to give Guayacanes the spotlight this time around. The farm only produces Cenicafe 1 variety, which is weather-resistant and maintains its ideal profile and outstanding quality.
