The Process

How this coffee was produced

It is a washed process with a 36 hour fermentation in open tanks.

Harvesting and Stabilization

Coffee is hand-picked and sorted, where 95%. they are depulped immediately and kept in open tanks adding new batches.

Processing and Fermentation

She gathers small batches for 3 to 5 days and ferments them for 36 hours in open tanks.

Drying

Dried in sun bed driers until it reaches 12% moisture.
