Harvest Season
A Chiroso from Urrao always peaks our interest here at Enjoy. Urrao is said to be the birthplace of this variety - or at least where it was discovered. When this coffee hit the cupping table, the whole room of us lit up with excitement and having learned more about Hector Lopez's approach to processing this lot, our minds were blown. Want to know why?!?!?!?!?!
Chiroso's generally really present with a beautiful complexity and floral character and we found Hector's lot to check those boxes and some. This is a special one for sure - hyped to introduce Hector to the Enjoy fold!!!!
