Andrés wanted to surprise us, and he certainly succeeded. Using the resources from his farm, he developed an innovative process that incorporates eucalyptus during fermentation. This coffee is depulped and later ermented in tanks with Eucalyptus and coffee juice from his natural processes for 4 days, followed by a washing step. The result is a cup with caramelized and herbal notes that culminate in a prolonged and pleasant aftertaste.

Processing and Fermentation
Fermented for 4 days in pastic tanks with a mixture of coffee juice and eucalyptus, mantaining the mass at 30 degrees, then washed
Drying
Initial drying phase in sun be driers for 6 days, followed by mechanical dryers until reaching 12% moisture content
