Leidy is truly an admirable woman. Despite facing a degenerative condition that affects her vision, she has kept her passion intact. Coming from a family with a coffee-growing tradition, her dream has always been to venture into the world of specialty coffee. She loves experimenting with fermentations, varietals, and drying processes. However, in recent years, the loss of her vision has been an additional challenge, one that has fueled her desire to explore new ways to connect with coffee and perfect her craft in cupping.
