Byron is a youth leader who has assisted the young individuals in the municipality of Sonson in carrying out a generational shift on their farms. Byron encourages education and a love for coffee, motivating the youth to adopt new practices within their farms. He guides them towards enhancing their processes, resulting in higher quality and distinct coffee. Like the youth in his community, Byron aims for a true transformation in Colombian fields.
